During the 19th century British planters traveled to the
world's remotest corners in search of perfect tea growing
conditions.  These adventurers fought off malaria,
tigers, and intense heat to establish the new
plantations, many of which are still used.  Visiting their
old gardens of the ordered rows of tea, brightly dressed
pluckers, and breathtaking biodiversity is an experience
you never forget. Getting to these far-flung corners is a chore even in our modern world.
Imagining the trip back in the 1800s defied belief.

Our teas are high-quality, loose teas, which means they are not sealed up in tea bags and
do not consist of tea dust. All of our loose teas come in sealed, colorful, resealable foil
bags. Each protective bag contains either 50 grams or 100 grams.  Are you interested in a
tea that's not listed here? Let us know! We can and will find it for you!

What makes our flavored teas so special and soooo good? We only use high grown Ceylon
tea from estates more than 5500 feet above sea level. We only use natural flavors, giving a
clean, true taste with no chemical aftertaste. Our merchants conduct estate visits every 6
months to ensure the estates continue to produce quality teas in accordance with our
standards. We know that we provide you with the best flavored teas that are available
anywhere! And, we make sure our teas are grown
ethically.
